Retirement: Professor Rieve-Nagel leaves the university
Professor Maike Rieve-Nagel retired at the end of February after 27 years at the university. The expert in private and commercial law began working at H-BRS in 1998.

Registrar's Office becomes Student Services
The Registrar's Office is getting a new name! From 1 March 2025, the name will be Student Services. The Registrar's Office has already been renamed to Student Services in the main areas of the website.

"Try it" Osterferienbetreuung 2025: Online-Anmeldung ab sofort möglich
Das Anmeldeportal für das Osterferienprogramm "Try it" ist ab sofort geöffnet. Mit dem Ferienangebot für Kinder im Grundschulalter möchte die Gleichstellungsstelle der Hochschule Familien unterstützen, die Betreuungsengpässe in den Schulferien haben.

Successful student exchange in TOFI project
The international exchange with our university partners opens up valuable intercultural and academic experiences for students. These collaborations give them the opportunity to expand their expertise, gain new perspectives and establish valuable networks for their future. A total of six stays with our non-European project partners were funded through the TOFI scholarship.

After 26.5 years of dedicated teaching in the Department of Computer Science at H-BRS, Kerstin Uhde, Professor of High Performance Networks and Mobile Communications, will be taking her well-deserved retirement on 28 February 2025.
