H-BRS

The Center for Science and Technology Transfer (ZWT) is the central point of contact for science, business and society when it comes to cooperations involving application-oriented research at and with the university. The ZWT also supports H-BRS researchers in applying for funding for their projects. The Deutschlandstipendium (German Scholarship) and the annual career fair Unternehmenstag (Company Day) create the transfer between business and students.

Collaborative research

The ZWT team is the contact for scientific and industrial organisations that are interested in the initiation, supervision and exploitation of collaborative research projects or are seeking relevant consulting services. Innovative services make it possible to realise new ideas in forward-looking collaborative ventures.

Counteracting shortages of qualified staff

Due to the practical orientation of their studies, the roughly 9,000 students at H-BRS turn their attention to their future careers early on. The ZWT offers various platforms for linking students and businesses, like the Company day.
