Do you work on an inspiring research topic or do you already have a great business idea in mind? The Business Model Canvas supports you in thinking your ideas through and transforming them into a solid business model. Through the application to your own case or an idea from the group, you learn which elements are essential in order to specify and make the idea applicable.

How to apply

Admission is free and no previous knowledge is required. The workshop is open to all PhDs, Postdocs and advanced master’s students of all disciplines, as well as early-career researchers and academic staff.

No prior knowledge or experience in the areas of entrepreneurship, startups or other business ventures is necessary. A genuine interest in these topics is sufficient!

The Young Entrepreneurs in Science (YES) initiative aims to inspire doctoral students and postdocs to think and act entrepreneurially by offering further education. Together, we focus on introducing scientists to the topic of entrepreneurship.
