Perspectives on funding transdisciplinary research for sustainable development in Africa
Numerous innovative ideas for strengthening public funding of transdisciplinary research projects (TDF) in Africa: The workshop organized by the International Centre for Sustainable Development (IZNE) brought together researchers, research funder and representatives of research networks and initiated an intensive exchange. The results will soon be published in an IZNE Working Paper.

Great interest in AI avatar at the Museumsmeilenfest in Bonn
At the Museumsmeilenfest, Dr Alexander Marquardt from the Institute for Visual Computing (IVC) at H-BRS presented the prototype of an innovative AI avatar together with Dr Daryoush Vaziri and David Golchinfar, the two founders of the company Vago Solutions. This avatar is based on the German language model SauerkrautLM, which was developed by Vago Solutions.

Am Samstag, den 8. Juni 2024, fand das Alumni-Studierende-Sommerfest des Bachelor-Studiengangs Nachhaltige Sozialpolitik der Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg statt. Das Event, das in der idyllischen Umgebung der Steyler Mission in Sankt Augustin stattfand, bot eine hervorragende Gelegenheit für Alumni, Studierende und Lehrende, sich zu vernetzen und auszutauschen.
