System closures on 28 June, 4 and 5 July 2024

The following systems will not be available during the closures on Friday, 28 June 2024 and from Thursday, 4 June 2024, from 09:00 in each case:

• Student Information System (SIS)

• Apollo (HISinOne)

• HIS-POS and HIS-ISY

• partly: DIAS (functions relating to the Student Life Cycle, see below).

The closures apply to all users of the above-mentioned systems:

• all students

• all departments

• Language Centre

• Examinations Office

• Registrar's Office

The following functionalities are affected by the closures:

• Exam registrations and cancellations should be completed before the system lockdowns if possible, but can be sent to the Examinations Office by email during the lockdowns in an emergency. The contact details can be found at:  https://www.h-brs.de/en/pruefungsservice
• Transcripts of records, clearance and study certificates and other certificates can not be retrieved or issued by the Examinations Office or Registrar's Office.
• Access to the semester ticket
• Workflows for the student life cycle, including internship semesters, semesters abroad, thesis registrations and more
• Final exam participant lists, which would normally have to be created on these days, must instead be created the day before the system lockdown
• Lists of grades or performance records can not be sent to the Examinations Office by the examiners.
