Olivenöl ist eine große Leidenschaft von Chemieprofessor Gerd Knupp. Seit seiner Pensionierung 2016 kann er diesem "Geschenk der Götter" deutlich mehr Zeit widmen als in seinen aktiven Jahren als Professor und langjähriger Gründungsdekan des Fachbereichs Angewandte Naturwissenschaften. Das Tasting bietet eine sensorische Annäherung an das edle Lebensmittel Olivenöl und ermutigt zur eigenen Bewertung.
