Start-up Development and Impact Innovations (MBA)
Corporate Entrepreneurship
Innovations from our own stable.
An entrepreneurial mindset is a basic prerequisite for successful start-ups - and the key to innovative strength in established companies. As internal drivers of innovation, corporate entrepreneurs are crucial for progress and thus for the future viability and sustainability of a company.
Improve your competitiveness and meet the diverse demands of the market by utilising the knowledge and ideas of your employees. Promote innovation and turn your team into intrapreneurs who actively contribute to shaping your company through targeted training.

Promoting entrepreneurial spirit through intrapreneurship
As the skills of an intrapreneur and their intrinsic motivation differ greatly from those of an average employee, this requires targeted training. Our five-semester part-time continuing education programme Start-up Development and Impact Innovations (MBA) combines the strengths of your company with the innovative power of your employees - underpinned by the latest scientific know-how. The change in perspective teaches students to develop an entrepreneurial mindset, to realise untapped potential and to quickly validate and implement new ideas. Your employees will be qualified to recognise future challenges and trends, act in a solution-oriented manner and thus implement the results in your company.
For example, when it comes to the EU's endeavours to make the economy climate-neutral in the future, the MBA qualifies students to also transform existing companies sustainably and digitally in order to remain competitive in the long term. Because every challenge is also an opportunity that offers potential business opportunities. MBA students are empowered to recognise these in order to help shape the future of their company and implement sustainability in an entrepreneurial way.
Difference between entrepreneurship vs. intrapreneurship
The MBA Start-up Development and Impact Innovations is exactly the right programme for your company!
- The part-time degree programme with its semi-virtual teaching concept is tailored precisely to working students: Teaching takes placemainly outside of normal working hours from Monday to Thursday from 5 p.m. on specific dates during the semester. Supplementaryclassroom courses are scheduled before the start of the semester and offered on selected weekends during the semester.
-
The MBA programme deepens students' entrepreneurial understanding, equips them with innovation management tools and strengthens their leadership skills. With the help of the modules, students are qualified to develop solution-oriented management skills and put theory into practice:
Students systematically evaluate opportunities, work on their own innovative ideas and are supported and advised by our innovation experts.
-
The students bring in real topics and challenges of your company and can develop solutions and implement them directly in their own company.
- Students and their companies benefit from the wide-ranging, cross-industry network of the higher education institution and the start-up manufactory.
- Methodological expertise from Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg combined with the latest knowledge from science and (start-up) practice
-
We value and promote diversity. This is why we attach great importance to intrinsically motivated talents with a wide range of professional experience when selecting students. This opens up multi-layered perspectives and multi-dimensional approaches to solving professional issues among the students.
