Since July 2018, videoLAB at the Sankt Augustin location has stood for competent advice, creative ideas and comprehensive know-how in video and audio production.

We are delighted to assist you with the planning, design, and realization of your film productions.

Form - Your Video Project

Do you want to use videos for teaching purposes? We'll advise you on timing, conceptualization, media didactics, and technical aspects and assist you in planning, executing, and publishing your video project. To advise you effectively, we've designed a short online form where you can share the key details of your project idea with us.

One Button Recording Studio (OBRS)

At the OBRS, university members as well as library users from the community can easily create their own video and audio recordings without needing outside assistance. With just one click, you can start the entire recording process. Cameras, lighting, and sound are adjusted to fit perfectly with the desired scene. There is a studio located in the university library at the Sankt Augustin campus and another at the Rheinbach campus.

Media Portal of H-BRS

The H-BRS Media Portal is a secure and privacy-friendly platform for publishing videos and audios for academic purposes in teaching, studying, research, and further education. As a central hub for teaching and learning materials as well as other university-related content, the portal offers a diverse range of explanatory videos, tutorials, podcast episodes, and lecture recordings.
