About us

The Centre for Teaching Development and Innovation (ZIEL) promotes the further development of higher education didactics, ensures the quality in teaching through evaluations, and reflects on the actions at H-BRS through curriculum design and accreditations. We take into account important current developments such as digitalization, inclusion, diversity and internationalization.

The Centre for Teaching Development and Innovation was founded on June 24, 2019 by Prof Marco Winzker (scientific director) Prof Iris Groß (scientific director) and Andrea Schröder (administrative director) to make good teaching visible and to promote exchange within the departments, institutes and facilities.

Our team consists of eleven people and is made up of professors and research associates.
