In his doctoral thesis, he dealt with health from a psychological, neuroscientific, and economic perspective, focusing among other things on the effects of work breaks on performance and recovery in the context of workplace health promotion. His dissertation was awarded second place in the Young Innovator Award 2021 by the Federal Association for Workplace Health Management (BBGM e.V.).
In addition to numerous projects with practical applications, he has been actively involved as an auditor for the Corporate Health Award since 2015, evaluating the health management systems of both companies and universities throughout Germany.
