Exchange between H-BRS delegation and two partner universities in Jordan

Thanks to the project, international activities such as delegation trips can be carried out, during which representatives of the H-BRS come into personal contact with members of partner universities. The aim of the meetings is to intensify international cooperation.

Departments, research institutes, central institutions, administration and the President's Office of H-BRS are involved in order to develop further cornerstones, in research, in teaching, in transfer and in university administration.

In Jordan, the H-BRS delegation visited the TOFI partner university German Jordanian University (GJU) as well as the International Week at Yarmouk University and brought back positive impressions, as Professor Irene Rothe from the Department of EMT reports:

"Our travel group was quite mixed, with colleagues from every department, from the administration and the International Office. Through activities and experiences, a very open and exciting communication developed. Studies are very serious at both universities visited. The quality criteria are high and an exchange with our university or department would be a good fit."

The TOFI project enables the university to present itself abroad with diverse delegations and to work specifically towards the strategic internationalisation of the university. The aim is to increase the international visibility and competitiveness of the H-BRS and to achieve sustainable, in-depth cooperation between the partner universities.
