Start-up-Cup 2024 – looking for applications

The Start-up-Manufaktur is organising the university's internal Start-up Cup ideas competition for the fourth time! The competition offers students, alumni and employees the opportunity to present their innovative ideas to a wide audience and receive valuable feedback. In addition to cash prizes for the first three places, there are also two valuable special prizes to be won.

Start-up-Cup 2024

The application phase runs from now until 19 August 2024, during which time all interested university members can submit their ideas in the form of a pitch deck. Regardless of whether it is a new product, an innovative service or a pioneering technology - all ideas are welcome. Even companies that have already been founded can take part in the competition if they are less than a year old.

The five best teams present their idea to an external jury in the final. The top three will be awarded cash prizes. In addition, two special prizes will be awarded (inclusion in the DIGITALHUB.de accelerator programme, 100% scholarship for MBA Start-up Development)

A workshop on ‘How to create the right pitch deck’ will be offered to prepare applicants for their participation. (Workshop is in German language)
In addition, all interested parties can obtain further information and clarify open questions in a free consultation.
