Lecture “Dementia - (different) perspectives and approaches”

Speaker Birgit Pechan, relatives counseling in her own practice

The lecture is aimed at family caregivers and all those interested in the topic.

It will provide a brief insight into the signs, diagnosis, forms and progression of dementia.

In addition, different ways of looking at and approaching dementia will be discussed and suggestions given on how the lives of those affected and their families can be organized and made as easy as possible.

Relatives of people with dementia are affected by the disease in many ways. They increasingly have to take on a caregiving role, organize everyday life and cope with the difficult behaviour of those affected.

If you feel this is something that appeals to you, then you are welcome to attend our presentation.

If it is not convenient for you, please contact the HELP advice center on the subject of “Caring for relatives”.
