Job description
- provide administrative support for the Dean and all professors of our department
- serve as contact person for students
- distribute general information on degree programs and examination matters
- communicate regularly with the examination and registrars’ offices
- serve as liaison with the university administration in St. Augustin
- serve as contact person for all Student Assistants in our faculty
- serve as contact person for all external lecturers in our faculty
- serve as a member of committees and provide organizational work for committees
- organize seminars
- carry out room reservations and bookings
