Do you sometimes ask yourself what effect your teaching has on your students? And are you interested in getting to the bottom of this question scientifically? If so, the Working Group SoTL is the right place for you! We enjoy relaxed exchange opportunities and an open feedback culture among colleagues.

The Working Group was newly founded in the summer semester 2022. Our goal is to create a platform for regular exchange on "research-based teaching". Whether you have already published your own SoTL work or you have heard or read it for the first time, you are very welcome to koin us on our reseach journey.

We are planning to have regular meetings, in which we will discuss various aspects of SoTL and/or present individual SoTL projects. The focus will be on collegial support and exchange, which will also make it possible for you to start your own SoTL project. Possible further goals and tasks of the Working Group are listed below. Please understand these as initial suggestions, which will be regularly reviewed and adapted in consultation with the members.

If you are interested in helping to promote SoTL at H-BRS, please send us an email or join the Working Group directly via the LEA link. We look forward to exchanging ideas with you!
