LECTURE
On the train, at the training place, at the workplace or at the family party - when we think of racism, concrete situations often come to mind. But this interpersonal racism is anchored in racist structures. Racism exists even when it is not visible through individual actions and attitudes. That is why we often speak of interpersonal, institutional, internalised and structural racism. How can we recognise and name structural racism? And what makes structural racism so powerful? These and other questions will be explained in this lecture.
