PeP@H-BRS organises workshop at the FH-Personal strategy workshop

Sylvia Müller and Marlene Nunnendorf held a workshop on tandem programmes together with colleagues from Ostwestfalen-Lippe University of Applied Sciences, Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences and Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences.

At H-BRS, the tandem programmes promote the ability to be appointed to a HAW professorship by enabling postdocs to gain the required three years of practical experience. At the same time, they gain research and teaching experience at the university. Paul Bossauer, Dr René Glenz, Dr Rebecca Lück and Dr Markus Witzler are currently being supported.

The federal-state programme "FH-Personal" focuses on the recruitment and development of professorial staff. The PeP@H-BRS project is managed by Prof Dr Remi Maier-Rigaud, Vice President Research and Junior Academics, and coordinated by Sylvia Müller.
