We understand that when international students arrive in Germany, there are many important tasks to complete, such as registering at relevant authorities, setting up a bank account, and furnishing your rooms. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to arrive in Germany in time before the start of the orientation and pre-courses.
The orientation has been scheduled to coincide with the pre-courses, allowing you to familiarize yourself with the university, program, and academic content simultaneously. Additionally, we have intentionally left a week between 16th and 20th September free for students to organize themselves before the official start of the program. This gap provides you with time to settle into your new environment so that when the academic program commences, your full attention can be dedicated to it. Please take some time to familiarize yourself with the proposed schedule provided below. The schedule will remain unchanged, but if there are any changes, please also refer to the calendar on your LEA page, as it will always contain the most updated information.
