Observers (Guest Students)

You can apply to be an observer (guest student) at the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences. School leaving certificates are not required. Acceptance as an observer allows you to attend lectures but not to sit examinations. Observers are not enrolled as students and receive neither a students' ID card nor a SemesterTicket for public transport. We can, if you wish, provide you with a certificate to show attendance at lectures.

The dean of the department concerned will decide whether you are to be admitted as an observer. You will be informed in writing as to his/her decision. The fee of € 100 must be transferred after you have been accepted.
