New copyright law from beginning of March 2018

Dear colleagues, dear Sir or Madam,

In the upcoming winter term, you may use copyright protected material the same way you did this semester as per §52a UrhG. KMK and VG Wort reached the agreement that the remuneration for the usage of copyright protected material for teaching and learning purposes is being payed in a lump sum until new copyright law becomes operative in March 2018.
