A world champion becomes professor

High flyer Ronny Hartanto of the Department of Computer Science, who has completed his Master's degree and PhD at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg-University (in cooperation with the University of Osnabrück), is now a professor at Rhine-Waal University in Kleve.

In the 2009 RoboCup World Championship, he led the H-BRS b-it-bots team to victory in the RoboCup@Home league with the service robot Johnny Jackanapes.
