Organisation
Support and work on relevant topics related to university organisation
Documentation and optimisation of administrative processes
Plan and conduct individual meetings and workshops to analyse and optimise processes, document and visualise administrative processes, design and implement improvement projects, including IT support if necessary
Process improvements
Implement process improvements on the basis of work results from working groups, quality circles, etc. (as-is analysis; target concepts)

Coordinate, support and maintain organisational tools of the administration
Business distribution plan and organisational chart of the administration
Maintain and further develop the business distribution plan and organisational chart of the administration, including checking amendments to the GVP, monitoring regular updates by administration employees
Publication of the organisation chart of the administration
Update and publish the administrative organisation chart on the homepage
