Prospects for the Master's programme Business Psychology

The three-semester Business Psychology Master's programme is geared towards these requirements:
- comprehensive methodological training, e.g. as part of the methodological modules, but also in the compulsory elective subjects in business psychology, in which methodological knowledge is tested on applied questions from practice
- Teaching specialised business psychology knowledge
- Project-orientated teaching in small groups, which promotes initiative/independent work as well as communication and teamwork skills
- Distinct application-orientation
- Promotion of the ability to think flexibly by comparing the perspectives of business psychology and economics in different subject areas
The opportunity to carry out a project in cooperation with a company as part of the practical project promotes and supports the transition to a professional activity. In addition, this can also result in a topic for the Master's thesis with subsequent first employment after graduation.
