Course goals
The aim of a team development workshop is to improve cooperation within the team. For new teams, the focus can be on team building and getting to know each other; for existing teams, the focus can be on changing tasks or restructuring working methods. Each workshop is tailored to the initial situation and the goals of the team in question and is customised specifically to the team.

Possible goals in detail:

• Improving the flow of information and communication
• Strengthening team spirit and togetherness
• Optimisation of work processes within the team

Contents
Possible topics (prioritisation by arrangement):

• Getting to know each other in the team
• Developing goals and clarifying mutual expectations
• Clarification of roles, tasks and responsibilities
• Reflection on cooperation and communication within the team
• Analysis and optimisation of work processes in the team
• Identifying problems or conflicts and developing solution strategies

Methods
Different approaches are possible: exchange and reflection in the team, simulations and practical exercises, joint team activities, trainer input

Number of participants
Usually max. 15 people, larger groups/departments by arrangement

Speaker
Personnel Development will arrange external trainers for you depending on your specific objectives

Extent
usually 1-2 days, appointments by arrangement
