Half-time at the diversity audit at H-BRS
After strategic goals had already been jointly developed, various diversity stakeholders at H-BRS gathered for a reflection workshop. With the support of the auditor Dr. Daniela De Ridder, ideas and measures for the diversity strategy, the networking of diversity actors and offers as well as diversity marketing were developed.
The workshop once again showed the great commitment of a wide range of stakeholders in the field of diversity at H-BRS. During the final presentations of the World Café Theme Tables, it was emphasized that H-BRS's commitment to diversity is fundamental to increasing good fellowship on a diverse campus. This is the way to raise awareness of the treasure that diversity brings. In addition, H-BRS can thus create a positive learning, working and living environment at H-BRS and have an impact on society.
The Diversity Audit "Vielfalt gestalten" is an initiative of the Stifterverband and is funded by the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Research of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, the JPMorgan Chase Foundation of the Mercator Foundation, the Baden-Württemberg Foundation and the Gips Schüle Foundation.
