Rheinbach: Food truck on campus from 25 March 2024

Starting on 25 March, the food truck operated by the Studierendenwerk will once again be in regular use at the Rheinbach site of H-BRS. The rolling snack bar will be located in the large inner courtyard, parallel to Building A and in the immediate vicinity of the recently reopened cafeteria. The temporary canteen tent next to the Heisenbergstraße building has already been removed.

The food truck offers a changing menu, including classic street food and stew. Coffee specialities, snacks and sweets round off the offer. Everything is served in compostable packaging and the cutlery is made from the bioplastic CPLA. The vehicle has not been available in recent weeks as it had to be repaired after being damaged.

The cafeteria in Building C has been open again since January. In addition to coffee specialities, it serves sandwiches, sweets and snacks. The cafeteria at Von-Liebig-Straße 20 is currently open Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 13:00. More than 130 seats are available in the foyer.
