Brews and Brains Society
Who are we?
We are the Brews and Brains Society, or BRS for short. Together with Professor Marc Williams, we take care of the beer supply for the students at various events organised by the Applied Sciences student council, as well as at departmental events or inaugural lectures.
What do we do?
About once a month we get together to brew beer. Suggestions about the type of beer are always welcome. However, we don't just make beer, but also other fermentation products such as apple cider, kimchi or cheese. Everything we make can be taken home and then consumed.
