H-BRS Emergency Fund 2022
In response to the current war situation in Ukraine, Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences has decided to set up an emergency fund for affected students and doctoral candidates in need, as well as for prospective students from Ukraine who wish to enrol at our university.
With the admission of refugees from Ukraine, new needs for support arise, to which the university responds with appropriate measures. Since 2017, the university has been increasingly involved in the integration of qualified refugees who are willing to study. Particularly due to the experience of the DAAD NRWege programme, the International Office knows the needs of refugee students and has already been able to support more than 130 refugees.

- Enable Ukrainian students, prospective students and doctoral candidates to take up or continue their studies in Germany.
- Support the integration of refugees from Ukraine into the German higher education system.
