Tutorials and Study Workshop

Tutorials are additional voluntary taught courses which are offered as a complement to compulsory basic undergraduate courses. You can ask any questions that have not been addressed during lectures and tutors offer help with your weekly assignments.

Tutorials are offered in various formats and are taught by research staff and/or advanced students.

Participation is voluntary and usually no prior registration is needed.

The organisation of tutorials is supported by the university's Pro-MINT-us project.

On-Campus Tutorials

are a complement to the lab courses/practical couses that accompany our compulsory basic courses. Sometimes a tutorial covers new content as an optional course.

Tutorials are taught during the semester or sometimes as an intensive course for exam preparation during lecture-free periods.

Study Workshop

During the workshop, you can work independently or in small groups on your assignments. Tutors are there to help you, but they do not offer prepared taught modules.

Online-Tutorials

...offer independent learning at any time and any place at your own pace.
