DOAG 2023 - Excursion to the conference
The German ORACLE User Group (DOAG) is an independent organisation that provides a platform for the exchange of expertise, networking and the presentation of state-of-the-art technologies and solutions. This year, around 1800 participants took part in the DOAG 2023 conference week, which offered an exciting and informative programme with over 450 presentations, workshops and an exhibition at the end.
One particular highlight is the student NextGen programme, which offers students the opportunity to attend DOAG events free of charge. Prof Dr Harm Knolle and a team of eleven students from the Department of Computer Science were able to take part in this programme, which not only gave them the opportunity to deepen their knowledge, but also to prove themselves in a real-life environment and make valuable contacts in the industry.
