Health offers of the Gesunde Hochschule

Dear colleagues and students,

We would like to draw your attention to the new courses offered by the Gesunde Hochschule.

The health programme runs from 09 September to 13 December. We are sure that there is a course for everyone to reduce everyday stress - whether through exercise or active relaxation.

The registration period ends on 05 September. If you would like to register after this date, please send an email to gesunde.hochschule@h-brs.de.

Important information for employees: Our programmes are generally free of charge for you as an employee.

You can even attend one course per week during your working hours. If you would like to take part in more than one course, please contact us and read the conditions of participation in the course handbook.

Participation in workshops generally takes place outside working hours.
