Health offers
Dear colleagues and students,
We would like to draw your attention to the new courses and workshops offered by the Gesunde Hochschule.
The health programme runs from 16 October to 22 December. We are sure that there is a course for everyone to reduce everyday stress - whether through exercise or active relaxation.
Registration for the courses is still open until 13 October. We would like to encourage you to register early to make sure that the desired course is not yet full. If you register later, please get in touch with us at gesunde.hochschule@h-brs.de.
You can even take one course per week during your working hours.
