Dear colleagues and students,
We would like to draw your attention to the new courses offered by the Gesunde Hochschule.
The health programme runs from 08 April to 14 June. We are sure that there is a course for everyone to reduce everyday stress - whether through exercise or active relaxation.
The registration period ends on 03 April. If you would like to register after this date, please send an email to gesunde.hochschule@h-brs.de.
You can even take one course per week during your working hours.
If you would like to do even more for your health, please contact us and read the conditions of participation in the course handbook.
