Start of applications for AWAKE start-up programme - funded by EXIST Women

Start-up-Manufaktur is pleased to announce the start of the application phase for the AWAKE start-up programme, which is funded as part of the EXIST-Women initiative of the German government. The six-month incubator programme is aimed at women in the pre-start-up phase and offers a unique opportunity to realise entrepreneurial dreams.

About the AWAKE programme: Opportunities for aspiring female founders

Participants go through practical workshops and excursions that cover the entire process of setting up a business. Each founder is also accompanied by an experienced mentor to discuss individual issues and gain valuable insights. If certain conditions are met, participants also have the opportunity to receive a three-month scholarship.

In addition to the intensive start-up support, AWAKE offers a varied accompanying programme. Networking events and inspiring presentations by successful role models sensitise the women to the topic of entrepreneurship.

The application process for the AWAKE programme is now open and will run until 15 January 2024. Women interested in starting their own business are invited to apply using our online form.

Online info events: Find out more and clarify any final questions

To provide a deeper insight into the AWAKE programme, we are organising two online info events on 14 December 2023 and 11 January 2024, where interested women will have the opportunity to find out more about the programme and ask questions.
