Program Autumn Vacations 2023
Our Proki team offers elementary school children a varied and unusual program for enjoyable experiences. The realization focuses on active experience, playful knowledge transfer and the joy of discovery. In addition to the "framework program" of Proki, the following topics are offered:
Week 1 - Discovering the Senses - An adventure journey through our perception
Have you ever thought about how wonderful it is to be able to see, hear, smell, taste and feel all the things around us? Today we will experience a variety of exciting experiments, games and creative activities that will take your senses on an adventurous journey. As we spend the day together, we will take time to take a closer look at each sensory organ. From the sparkling colors that enchant our eyes to the delicate scents that capture our noses, we will discover it all. You'll experience amazing things and hone your skills. Be ready to sharpen your senses and experience a world of sensory wonders!
Week 1 - Photography - We discover the world through the lens
Today is all about "Photography". Together we will explore the world through the viewfinder of our cameras and develop creative skills in a unique way. Whether you're already experienced in photography or at the beginning of your photographic journey, this day promises you lots of new perspectives, exciting discoveries and a whole lot of fun. Photography is not just about pressing the shutter button. We will explore the world of photography with exciting experiments and creative research. In a varied mix of playful movement activities, creative crafts and photographic challenges, you will develop your skills. You'll see the world through different eyes and sharpen your eye for detail.
Week 1 – Magnetism - The fascinating world of attraction
Today we will devote ourselves to the fascinating topic of "magnetism" together and explore and experience magnetic forces. We will conduct exciting experiments, investigate magnetic phenomena, play movement games and implement creative craft projects to explore the topic of magnetism in a variety of ways. We can expect fun and educational experiences that will spark curiosity about magnetic phenomena. Let's dive into a world of magnetic energy together and fill the day with fun and excitement!
Week 2 – Escape Room Extravaganza - Solve the mystery!
Today you will dive into the exciting world of Escape Rooms and prove your skills as a brave detective. A day full of tricky puzzles, exciting experiments and creative craft projects awaits you. You'll solve various puzzles, search for clues, and decode secret messages. Through teamwork, logical thinking and creative ideas, you will uncover the secret of the Escape Room. This day will inspire you, activate your grey brain cells and encourage you to think along.
Week 2 – Colorful autumn
It is getting colder and nature is changing. Where do the flocks of birds fly to and why does the squirrel gather food and the hedgehog does not? We will ask these questions about autumn together and build a bird feeder for the winter as a highlight.
Week 2 – A rolling stone gathers no moss!
Today it's all about exercise. Of course, the children are allowed to really let off steam during their vacation. We offer the children different running, active and movement games. We playfully experience our coordinative skills, such as balance and reaction and others. We use the movement building site as well as the children's favorite sports and movement games, which they are allowed to present to the whole group - and which we of course all try out together. As a highlight of the day, we do a bobby car race with the children.
Week 2 – Happy Halloween
It can't get spooky enough here. To get in the mood for the festivities, we spend the day according to the motto "spooky house". Together with the children, we make ghosts, spiders and bats out of various materials and prepare for the spooky party in the afternoon. Spooky stories and matching favorite costumes make the party perfect.
Week 2 - Locomotion and its facets
Today, we will dedicate ourselves to the topic of animal and human locomotion, exploring the many ways and means by which we can move from one place to another. Together we will dive into the amazing ways animals adapt to their environment and walk, fly, or swim in unique ways. You'll learn how animals use their bodies to move deftly and quickly, setting amazing records along the way. But not only animals, we humans also have different ways to get around. From, for example, our own legs, to bicycles, to vehicles such as cars, trains, we have many options to move and explore the world around us. As a highlight, we do a bike course in the afternoon, where each child with their own brought bike is shown again the practical and beautiful benefits of bicycles. Of course, it is obligatory to bring a helmet and to observe important traffic rules.
