Closing event of the school girls' research year - discover, try out, create

The aim of this event was to arouse girls' interest in a career in the STEM sector. MINT encompasses the fields of mathematics, computer science, natural sciences and technology. The project was carried out in collaboration between the Rhein-Sieg district and H-BRS.

Over the course of the 2024/2025 school year, the girls had various appointments in which they dealt with STEM topics in a wide variety of ways. In addition to the hackdays, where they worked in teams to find improvements for everyday school life with the help of digital and technical solutions, the young women were also encouraged to get excited about future careers in the STEM field: part of the program therefore included career and study guidance.
