Semester fees (Registrar's Office)
Information for International Students: Currently there are no tuition fees, except of the continuing education Master's programmes MBA CSR and NGO-Management, M.A. International Media Studies, and MBA Start-Up Development.
Information on the fees of the continuing education Master's programmes are available on the websites of the departments.
However, all students have to pay the semester fee.
Summer semester 2025
The semester fee in the summer semester 2025 is EUR 315,60.
Composition of the amount:
- Germany ticket (DeutschlandTicket): EUR 176.40
- Allocation to student body: EUR 6.50*
- Allocation to university sport: EUR 3.00
- Student self-administration fee: EUR 13.50
- Aid fund fee EUR 0.20
- Nextbike fee EUR 1.00
- Social service fee for
the Studierendenwerk Bonn: EUR 115.00

Winter semester 2024/25
The Semester fee in the winter semester 2024/25 increases to EUR 315.10.
Composition of the amount:

From the winter semester 2018/2019, students of part-time Master's programmes (Master Controlling and Management and Master Innovation and Information Management) are no longer entitled to receive a mobility ticket.
The changes for the summer semester 2025 were adopted by the President's Office on 23.10.2024 with the Student Body Fee Regulations. The fee regulations of the student body were published on 13.11.2024.
Charge of the semester fee is based on Beitragsordnung des Studierendenwerkes Bonn and Beitragsordnung der Studierendenschaft of the Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg, University of Applied Sciences.
The tuition fees for the MBA programmes and continuing education Master's programmes can be found on the pages of the departments or can be inquired at the Registrar's Office.
Financial aid
In cases of social hardship, partial fees can be refunded on application. The application should be addressed to the AStA Department of University Policies & Social Affairs: AStA

Guest auditor: EUR 100.00
Small cross-registered student (Kleine Zweithörer*innen): EUR 100.00
Late payment fee: EUR 20.00
New student ID card: EUR 20.00
Second examination or degree certificate: EUR 20.00
