Small cross-Registration

Application and admission for a small cross-registration at Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg, University of Applied Sciences

Cross-Registration is the right of students to attend courses at a second German university in addition to studies at their first German university. Students who are enrolled as primary students at other German universities and who are not simultaneously taking a leave of absence from their studies can be admitted as cross-registered students to take courses and exams.

In accordance with the registration regulations, the university may restrict the admission of small cross-registered students in accordance with the provisions of Section 59 of the North Rhine-Westphalia Higher Education Act (HG NRW).

The examination board of the respective faculty decides on admission to the courses. The prerequisite for admission is the placement in a corresponding subject semester and the approval of the respective examination board.
