Semester fees and Administrative fees

Information for International Students: Currently there are no tuition fees, except of the continuing education Master's programmes MBA CSR and NGO-Management, M.A. International Media Studies, and MBA Start-Up Development.
Information on the fees of the continuing education Master's programmes are available on the websites of the departments.
However, all students have to pay the semester fee.
Semester fee
Charge of the semester fee is based on Beitragsordnung des Studierendenwerkes Bonn and Beitragsordnung der Studierendenschaft of the Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg, University of Applied Sciences.
Summer semester 2025
The semester fee in the summer semester 2025 is EUR 315,60.
The semester fee includes:
- Germany ticket (DeutschlandTicket): 176.40 Euro
- Allocation to student body: 6.50 Euro*
- Allocation to university sport: 3.00 Euro
- Student self-administration fee: 13.50 Euro
- Aid fund fee 0.20 Euro
- Nextbike fee 1.00 Euro
- Social service fee for
the Studierendenwerk Bonn: 115.00 Euro

Winter semester 2024/25
The semester fee in the summer semester 2025 is EUR 315.10.
The semester fee includes:
- Germany ticket (DeutschlandTicket): 176.40 Euro

The changes for the summer semester 2025 were adopted by the President's Office on 23.10.2024 with the Student Body Fee Regulations. The fee regulations of the student body were published on 13.11.2024.
Information for students in part-time Master's degree programmes:
Students of part-time Master's programmes are no longer entitled to receive a mobility ticket.
This applies to the following degree programmes:
Master Controlling and Management (M.Sc.)
Master Innovation and Information Management (M.Sc)
Information for students in continuing education Master's programmes:
Students on continuing education Master's degree programmes are required to pay continuing education fees in addition to the semester fee. The amount of the continuing education fees can be found on the website of the respective continuing education Master's degree programme.
This applies to the following degree programmes:

Start-up Development and Impact Innovations (MBA)

Guest auditor: 100.00 Euro
Small cross-registered student (Kleine Zweithörer*innen): 100.00 Euro
Late payment fee: 20.00 Euro
