Ordering literature for official use

These media are intended to remain with you and are financed from your budget.

We are also happy to order journal subscriptions for you or organise access to an e-paper or e-journal. Printed subscriptions are sent to your post office box at the university by internal post.

The local contact persons are Sabine Treinat-Path in Rheinbach and Sabine Herkenhöhner in Sankt Augustin. They take care of reserving funds, ordering, processing invoices and making them available to all employees of the university - the order is usually placed with the local bookshop and is dealt with as quickly as possible.
