New Webex boards in our library's group rooms

Good news for university staff and students: Online and hybrid meetings can be held conveniently in the library. There are two new Webex boards in our group rooms “Toronto” and “Valencia” (Sankt Augustin Campus). Both rooms including the new boards can be booked via the room reservation system.

Additional technical equipment for library visitors

Recently, the group rooms “Toronto” and “Valencia” were equipped with their own Webex board. This allows cooperation across local distances. This is particularly useful for events where several people are present and would like to connect with other participants online.

In this way, teams can work easily together and share presentations, whiteboards or other projects with each other.

The purchase of the Webex boards was made possible with funds from the Vice President for International Affairs and Diversity.

Two rooms offer flexible options

Especially for face-to-face events, the size of the room can be relevant Each of both group rooms offers space for eight people. Moreover, "Valencia" and "Toronto" can be converted into one room, which allows up to twenty people to fit in.
