Digital meetings

You would like to organise a digital meeting? On the library's 1st floor, there is a WebEx board ready for you. In addition, the library offers two bookable group rooms on the 2nd floor furnished with WebEx boards. Contact us any time, and the library staff will gladly show you how to use them.

Students can apply for a WebEx account via the university.

You need a PC or laptop to attend a digital meeting? Laptops can be borrowed at the service desk, and there are fifteen PCs for you to use in the training room.

In our Chatboxes, you can fully concentrate on your project without any distractions. No matter if you want to place an important call, hold a digital meeting or just focus on learning undisturbed, our Chatboxes offer the ideal environment. Inside, you'll find a foldable desk, a chair as well as power and LAN outlets. Lights and ventilation will start automatically once you open the door.
