Company integration management (BEM)
What is company integration management (BEM)?
Company integration management includes all measures, including the initiation of a review of benefits for participation in working life, which are suitable for ensuring the long-term employability of employees with health problems or disabilities.
It does not matter whether the health hazard is work-related or not.

The contact persons in the BEM team are

Ms Stapelfeldt: BEM coordinator, administrative tasks (e.g. invitations to BEM meetings, preparation of statistics and the annual BEM report).

Ms Michel: BEM consultant, counselling sessions with employees.
Dealing with appointments in the BEM
The company integration management programmes are based on a legal basis and are available to every employee.
However, work-related necessities take precedence in the work process. For these reasons, individual appointments can be arranged by e-mail or telephone.
