ABOUT THE MBA PROGRAM

The MBA in CSR & NGO Management is a unique program in Germany combining a general management perspective with a dedicated focus on specific management requirements for NGOs and CSR relevant topics. 

The Program offers an interdisciplinary and in -depth study of two vibrant and expanding fields. While sharpening their profiles regarding management and leadership positions in NGOs, this program also equips students with a specialized focus on CSR relevant topics.

CURRICULUM

The curriculum of the MBA combines academic knowledge and practical expertise, scientific approaches, and general management techniques with a special focus on strategic and functional operations. The MBA program enables graduates to blend conventional management strategies with aspects specific to NGOs and CSR. The program is built around its participants’ diverse international and professional backgrounds. The cooperative learning process thrives off interdisciplinary, intercultural exchange as well as diverse theoretical and practical approaches.

TARGET GROUP

The Program is tailored to internationally minded people from various countries of origin and diverse professional backgrounds who wish to further their management and leadership skills for sustainable development and participate in an academic, interdisciplinary and intercultural exchange. Study starters of the MBA aim to achieve higher-level career objectives in the areas of Corporate Social Responsibility and Non-Governmental Organisation (CSR & NGO) Management.

The conceptual development of the program has been carried out in collaboration with high-ranking representatives of numerous well-known NGOs, the United Nations, the city of Bonn, federal ministries as well as international companies.

JOINT VENTURE 

The MBA Program "CSR & NGO Management" is a joint venture of the Department of Management Sciences in Rheinbach and the International Centre for Sustainable Development (IZNE) in Sankt Augustin.

The conceptual development of the program has been carried out in collaboration with high-ranking representatives of numerous well-known NGOs, the United Nations, the city of Bonn, federal ministries as well as international companies.
