b-it-bots take silver in the @Home league at the RoboCup World Championship 2008

We participated at the RoboCup World-Championship in the @Home League, which was held in Suzhou Higher Education Town, China from July 14th – 20th, 2008. Fourteen teams from all over the world participated in the competition. Six days of gruelling competition were capped off by a spectacular final for Johnny. It was a really exhausting week, so its final action was to switch off its own system by pressing the emergency button. Its last words were "From now on, you can also call me Marvin."
