Start-up Cup@H-BRS
In our rapidly changing economic world, new, innovative business ideas are in demand. They help us to master challenges and shape the future in a sustainable way. At the Hochschule-Bonn-Rhein-Sieg in particular, there are many researchers and students who have solutions to problems in our society with their expertise, creativity and innovative flair.
Do you have an innovative idea that you would like to implement, but you lack the financial and professional support for a successful start? Or have you already founded your own start-up and would be happy to receive additional resources?
Then the H-BRS Start-up Manufaktur ideas competition is just the thing for you. The Start-up Cup aims to discover new, innovative start-up ideas and award prizes to successful start-up projects in order to further promote the start-up culture at the university.
Prizes:
1st place: 2,500 euros (sponsored by the Hochschulgesellschaft Bonn-Rhein-Sieg)
2nd place: 1,500 euros (sponsored by CENTIM)
3rd place: 1,000 euros (sponsored by CENTIM)
Special prize DIGITALHUB.de:
Founder package from the benefits of the ALPHA Accelerator worth 30,000 euros.
Special prize Innovation:
100 % scholarship in the form of free participation in the further education course Start-up Development (MBA) of the H-BRS for one person starting in WS 2021 or 2022, worth 15,600 euros
Conditions of participation
Students, employees and alumni of the Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg with a start-up idea or those university members who have already founded a start-up are eligible to participate. However, the start-up must have been founded no more than one year ago. The date of the business registration is decisive. Participation is possible for individuals as well as for start-up teams of up to four people.
