Profil
Research topic
Computational modeling techniques have revolutionized our understanding of membrane biology, enabling scientists to gain a dynamic, microscopic view at the molecular level. I am deeply interested in harnessing the power of these techniques, ranging from atomistic to coarse-grained molecular dynamics simulations. Specifically, I envision enhanced sampling, combined with homology modeling and molecular docking, to unravel the mechanisms of transporters, including ion channels, transport proteins, various modulators, and drug delivery systems. My goal is to deepen our understanding of the intricate interplay between these biological entities. By integrating computational data with experimental findings, I aspire to discover new therapeutic targets and develop innovative drug delivery strategies. This interdisciplinary approach holds immense potential for advancing human health and pushing the boundaries of membrane biology research.
