Berlin Brandenburg Potenzialstudie

Im Rahmen einer gemeinsamen Innovationsstrategie arbeiten die Länder Berlin und Brandenburg an der Entwicklung der Hauptstadtregion zu einem führenden Gesundheitsstandort als HealthCapital Berlin Brandenburg. Dabei spielt der Gesundheitstourismus gerade für Brandenburg mit der vorhandenen Wellnesshotellerie, Aktivinfrastruktur und naturräumlichen Ausstattung sowie den Heilbädern und Kurorten eine bedeutende Rolle. Für Berlin dagegen ist infolge der internationalen Spitzenmedizin, der Check-up-Zentren etc. vor allem der internationale Patiententourismus bzw. Medizintourismus relevant.

Oder-Partnership: Medical Tourism Network

The project aims to establish a network of medical and tourism service providers in order to make the existing services more attractive for Polish patients on the German side and for German patients on the Polish side.
