Project of the Month September

The research project "AVeSi: Agentenbasierte Verkehrssimulation mit psychologischen Persönlichkeitsprofilen" (Agent-based Traffic Simulation with psychological personality profiles) has been chosen as project of the month September 2012 by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). As part of the project AVeSi the Institute of Visual Computing investigates the simulation of realistic traffic conditions using individual agents capable of showing common misbehavior in traffic.
