Children's University in March 2024: Understanding poverty, changing perspectives (Gallery)
What does poverty actually mean? Our speaker, research assistant Joyce Treptow, grew up in Kenya and took the young scientists on a trip to her first home country. The speaker and children compared their situation with that in Germany. They learnt about the causes of poverty and discovered the great importance of education in the fight against poverty.
