Process coordination Preparation of HSEP, space requirements assessment and balancing, life cycle assessment of existing buildings.

Tasks

• The Campus Planning Team coordinates the process for preparing the University Site Development Plan (HSEP). In the HSEP, the needs of all units are determined and the locations of the Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg are subjected to a holistic examination in order to make recommendations on the various development alternatives at the university locations.
•  In the area of space management, the Campus Planning team conducts space requirements assessments and balances with the goal of optimizing space utilization, especially for lecture and seminar rooms.
• In planning for the long-term maintenance of existing buildings, the Campus Planning team supports the conceptualization of life cycle considerations.
