Hackathon - Programming marathon on a KUKA youBot

One of the Hackathons is hosted by BRSU in Sankt Augustin. For a whole week, participants can develop cool software on one of the most recent and versatile robot system: the KUKA youBot.

There will be no limits to your creativity. At the end of the week we would like to see youBots: * hauling together large work pieces, * emptying toy models of ship container, * assembling IKEA furniture, * stacking pallets or any other interesting functionality, component, or application for mobile manipulation. What we expect: * sound knowledge and experience in software development * curiosity, creativity, endurance * open source software for the youBot * exciting demos We expect the students to practice good robotics software engineering.
